Bluegrass BBQ & Benefit

Join friends for a delicious evening of music and food at the beautiful Segner Ranch in Oak Creek. Wild Bunch CateringWild Bunch Catering will be cooking up their signature cowboy style food using homemade ingredients, proprietary rubs and secret recipes handed down for generations!

This evening's menu is Grilled Tri Tip of Beef, Fresh Atlantic Salmon with Bacon Corn Relish or Vegan.
Here are the yummy details:

Grilled over high heat mesquite, the melt in your mouth tri-angular piece of beef is juicy and full of flavor. Carved to order under lights this is truly a memorable cut of meat. Served with warm Au jus and nuclear horseradish of course.

The Fresh Atlantic Salmon is grilled over imported woods and served with spectacular Bacon Corn Relish spooned atop to delight your tastebuds.

There is also a Vegan option.

The meal includes one (1) entree, two (2) sides and one (1) bread.

Please note your selection on the next page. Note any allergies or dietetic restrictions in the "Comments / Special Instructions" box during checkout. NOTE: The caterer cannot guarantee that sauces, etc. will be gluten free.

BBQ reservations
Couples $130 plus $6 handling fee
Single $70 plus $4 handling fee.

Get directions to the event here. NOTE: The road up to the ranch is too rough for standard passenger vehicles. Parking for this event will be at Indian Gardens Park, 3953 N. Highway 89A, across 89A from Indian Gardens Trading Post & Garland's Indian Jewelry.
You will be taken to the ranch by jeep beginning at 4:30pm until 5:15pm and returned to the parking area after the event. Please car pool where possible to the Indian Gardens Park location. We recommend that you wear comfortable shoes as there is a steep incline up to the BBQ site. Also, the nights are cool in the canyon, so it is a good idea to bring a jacket.
